Bellevue (Lux) Fonds

AB

“AB” shares are distributing shares and may be purchased by any investor without any required minimum subscription amount. A subscription fee of max. 5% of the respective net asset value per share may be levied in favour of the distribution partner. Redemption fees are not foreseen.

AI

“AI” shares are distributing and reserved for institutional investors within the meaning of Article 174 of the Law of 2010, as well as private investors who have signed a consulting or service agreement with a financial intermediary or with an independent asset manager. No minimum investment is required for this class. A subscription fee of max. 5% of the respective net asset value per share may be levied in favour of the distribution partner. Redemption fees are not foreseen.

AI2

“AI2” shares are accumulating and reserved for institutional investors within the meaning of Article 174 of the Law of 2010. A minimum investment is required for the share classes, as defined in the Special Section of the Prospectus. However, the Board of Directors of the Company reserves the right to accept subscriptions in the “AI2” class of less than the minimum investment amount at its discretion, where similar situations arising on the same day must be treated equally. Investments may not go below the minimum investment amount at any time, unless it is as a direct result of a fall in the net asset value. AA

"AA" share classes are offered to all investors and may in principle be offered by all distributors. A management commission is charged to the fund assets (Art. 21 No. 1 of the fund contract) and the income is distributed (Art. 24 No. 1 of the fund contract).

DT

"DT" share classes are only open to institutional investors within the meaning of Art. 10 para. 3 CISA and to investors who have concluded a written asset management agreement within the meaning of Art. 10 para. 3ter CISA with a supervised financial intermediary or an independent asset manager within the meaning of Art. 3 para. 2 lit. c CISA.

I

"I" shares classes are accumulating shares intended for qualified investors who raise the minimum initial investment amount of 500,000.

IA

"IA" share classes are distributing shares addressed to qualified investors who raise the minimum initial investment amount of 500,000.

I2

"I2" share classes are accumulating shares addressed to qualified investors who raise the minimum initial investment amount of 20 million. 

T

"T" share classes are accumulating shares intended for qualified investors.
