Investment Focus

The fund invests in listed European equities with the objective to generate stable absolute returns (15-20% p.a.) in all market environments with an annualized volatility below 10%, by hunting market inefficiencies. The focus is on the gap between the consensus expectations and the fund manager’s expectations, which are based on both fundamental analysis (with detailed cash-based financial models based on proprietary assumptions for all value drivers) and differentiated company/sector data gathered on the ground (thanks to 400 company meetings p.a. all over Europe as well as a think tank of numerous CEOs, CFOs, equity analysts, hedge fund managers,…). The fund is typically invested in 20-30 companies, whose management teams are met with at least 5 times a year, in order to identify issues and opportunities at early stages.
